How it works
Context on screen, before the receptionist says hello
Nothing to configure per call. The desk mirrors what the AI is doing and steps in only when a human is needed.

Lives in your tray
A small icon sits in the Windows system tray and changes colour with the call — idle, incoming, AI handling, or a human transfer waiting.

The AI answers & works the call
The tray turns green while the agent authenticates the caller and resolves the query. Open the console any time to watch active calls.

Transfer → screen-pop
When the AI hands off, a card pops on top with the caller, the reason, and the summary. Double-click to reopen it; right-click to pick up or ignore.

- Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit)
- A TalkaFlow account with a desk token
- The desk’s extension (optional — blank shows every call)
Two-minute setup
- 1 Unzip, then run the installer — it drops into the tray.
- 2 Open the console → Settings.
- 3 Paste your Backend URL and desk token, set the extension.
- 4 Uncheck “Use simulator”, click Save. Done.
No token yet? It ships with a built-in simulator, so you can see the whole experience before you connect the live feed.
